Booked a suite and it was spacious much like a 5-star hotel. the French fine dining dinner was delicate with great coffee & chocolate. the Japanese breakfast was tasty.
The resort was not the traditional ryokan we were expecting. No one could speak English and the resort catered to locals.

The hotel room was spacious and had an in-room onsen. The dinner was delicate French fine dining. The hotel had two breakfast choices which were western and Japanese.
The hotel did not provide the traditional ryokan experience that we were expecting. The hotel had a western style which could be a novelty for the locals.
